MINOR RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Part 1: MUST be completed by all riders age 17 and under, along with Parent/Guardian, along with Part 2 below. Riders above the age of 17 MUST complete Part 2 of this agreement.
I, WE HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, CONVENANT NOT TO SUE AND DISCHARGE, the American Motorcyclist Association, its districts, RPM, LLC, E. Allen and Jamie M. McWilliams, MillCreek Mx Park, MillCreek Land Co., Inc., Bama Cycle Park, Inc participants, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, track operator, track owner, officials, vehicle owners, riders, pit crews, any persons in restricted area, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners, lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees, all for the purpose there in referred to as “Releasees,” from all liability to the undersigned, my/our personal representative, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage and any claim or any demand on account of any injury to the participant include4d, but not limited to , death whether caused by negligence of the “Releasees”, or otherwise while the minor is in or upon the restricted area and/or competing, officiating in, observing, working for or for any purpose participating in the event.
I, WE WILL INFORM AND INSTRUCT THE SAID MINOR PARTICIPANT that upon entering any restricted area the minor must continuously thereafter inspect such restricted area and all portions there of which the minor enters and with which he comes in contact and I/we further warrant that the minor’s entry upon such restricted area or areas and his participation, if any, in the event constitutes an acknowledgment that he, (minor), has inspected such restricted area and that he finds and accepts the same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his use, and he further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he is in or about restricted areas and if he feels anything is unsafe, he will immediately advise the officials of such and will leave the restricted areas.
The undersigned expressly acknowledge and agree that the activates of the event are very dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage.
Each of the undersigned parents or legal guardians for the minor participant agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the “Releasees,” and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost that may incur due to the presence of the said minor in or upon the restricted area or in any way competing, officiating, observing or working for any purpose participating in the event and caused by the negligence of the “Releasees” or otherwise.
THE UNDERSIGNED PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIAN HAVE READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THE MINOR RELEASE AND WIAVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AGREE THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS STATEMENTS OR UNDUCEMENTS APART FROM THE FOREGOING WRITTNE AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.
If Married, I have the authority of my spouse to sign the agreement as the spouse’s agent and on the spouse’s behalf.

THIS IS A RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT - READ BEFORE YOU SIGN
I hereby give up all my rights to sue or make any claim for damages due to negligence or any other reason whatsoever against the American Motorcyclist Association and it district organization, RPM, LLC, E. Allen and Jamie M. McWilliams, MillCreek Mx Park, MillCreek Land Company, Inc., Bama Cycle Park, Inc., Southern Classic Championship Series, sponsors, and/or all other persons, participants, and/or organizations conducting or connected with this event for any loss, injury to property or person I may suffer, including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and while upon event premises.
I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participating in the event and while upon the event premises and relying upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risks and loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those/persons or organization connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.
